In May 2013 (while they were only 8LM), 9MM pupils planted some seed potatoes (10) in the school garden. You can watch a video of them doing it here:

After planting the potatoes, the class also presented an assembly on gardening, interviewing several teachers including Mr Cooper about what sort of things they grew in their gardens. They also created a survey using Google docs to see what staff members thought about gardening and what sort of things they grew. You can see some of the results below.

In November, they dug them up and plan to use them in their food Technology class next week. There's a gallery of the harvest here. Can you work out how many kg of potatoes they grew?
