There will be Covid Vaccinations for pupils available on site at Woodfield on Wednesday 9th and Monday 28th February. The vaccinations will be undertaken by trained NHS Nursing Staff.

Copies of the form were sent home earlier this week, or you can download below, then print, fill in and return to the office.
