SPR @ The Toy Museum in Bethnal Green

On Tuesday 4th June SPR visited the Toy Museum.

We went on a very sunny day to the Toy Museum in Bethnal Green. Everyone had a great day looking at old and new toys. We were able to ride a rocking horse and used a juke box to have a dance party, then finished the day with a picnic lunch in the park.

The toy museum is an extension of the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Bethnal Green Museum of Childhood. It holds a large collection of children's toys.  Some of the exhibits date back to the 17th century there is also a display toys from around the world.
